This is the first Mitsubishi Evo X Twintex ACD guard that has been taken out of the mould, trimmed and is ready to be sent out. The guard has been designed in house to offer maximum protection from impacts and gravel rash and has been designed to be chassis mounted. This first guard will be fitted to Eamonn Bolands Evo X for his campaign in the IRC and PWRC championships.

The second pair of Opel Corsa Group N door cards have just been trimmed and sent to Opel Performance Centre in Germany. These are Pre-preg honeycomb door cards designed to absorb the impact of side impacts with out the need for door bars in the roll cage. The door cards are lightweight and look excellent.

The 9^th and 10^th of July will see the British Rally Championship head over the sea to their weekend base in the Isle of Man. The Rally Isle of Man will be based at the TT Grandstand with the first stage starting from the Grandstand Friday morning at 10.30.

Paula Swinscoe will be co-driving for Citroen C2 R2 Max competitor Mark Gamble (JAM Motorsport). The new pairing of Mark and Paula brings together two companies and two competitors that are heavily involved in rallying. This will be the first time that Mark and Paula have competed together but with the vast experience between them, competing together for the first time should not be an issue.

We had a good but slightly hurried recce, making fresh note for all the stages. The lack of chicanes being used on the stages made the making of the pace notes even more critical to get right.

The 7^th and 8^th of May will see John and Paula Swinscoe competing in the Manx Telecom Rally 2010. Using their Mitsubishi Evo IX Group N rally car the Rallytech crew will begin their rally campaign at 19:00 hours, staring from Port Erin with an overnight halt at the end of the leg. The rally will then recommence at Douglas on Saturday morning before the first finisher is due at the TT Grandstand at 16:30 Saturday afternoon.

For the Mayo Stages Rally 2010 Paula Swinscoe was sat along side Mini Sport driver Daniel Harper. The Mayo Stages was the second outing for the duo after the mechanical problems put an end to their Chris Kelly Memorial rally on the Isle of Man.

After the 28 stages of the North West Rally 2010, both of the Rallytech crews made it to the end of a very unpredictable and tough rally. John and Paula Swinscoe finished 14th overall whilst Ric Wood and Kevin Parkinson finished 31st overall.
