Legend Fires North West Stages Rally 2010 |
|
The 5th and 6th of February will see Rallytech directors John and Paula Swinscoe and Rallytech employee Ric Wood compete in the Legend Fires North West Stages Rally. John and Paula will be competing in their self prepared Mitsubishi Evo IX, car number 16, whilst Ric will be driving his self prepared Mitsubishi Evo IV, car number 53.

Clitheroe & District Motor Club Presentation Evening |

On Saturday the 23rd of January 2010, Clitheroe & District Motor Club held their annual presentation evening. At the presentation evening Paula won the award for Best Lady Competitor and both John and Paula collected their trophies for the best Clitheroe & District crew at the Tour of Mull 2009. Both awards were presented by World Rally Championship Co-Driver Daniel Barritt.

78th Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo Results |

Rallytech would like to congratulate M-Sport Ltd on their first International rally victory for the new Ford Fiesta Super 2000 which uses composite parts manufactured by Rallytech Ltd.
Rallytech would also like to congratulate Eamonn Boland and the Dom Buckley Motorsport IRS team on their 19th placed finish. The Mitsubishi Evo X ran by the team debuting Rallytech’s new sump guard and lightweight carbon pre-preg corner pods and lamp pod. |

78th Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo |

The 78th edition of the Rallye Automobile Monte Carlo from the 19th - 22nd of January will see the 2010 Intercontinental Rally Championship start with a bang. For Rallytech this will be the first competitive use of the newly developed Rallytech Mitsubishi Evo X sump guard. The new sump guard has been jointly developed between Rallytech Ltd and Dom Buckley Motorsport IRS, and will be used by Eamonn Boland.

Coppermine's Grizedale Stage Rally |
|
The Coppermines Grizedale stages rally saw Paul Bird take an outright win in his ’07 Ford Focus WRC ran by Dom Buckley IRS. The car ran with Twintex sill guards made by Rallytech for the first time.
Congratulations also to Tristan Pye winning the B13 class and finishing 4th overall at the Coppermines Grizedale rally in his Subaru Impreza N14 converted to B13 class regulations. |

The recent Scottish round of the IRC was a major event for Rallytech, with Rallytech’s rally car being used for the first time on gravel, and new Rallytech components being used and tested.
With Rallytech working endless days in the weeks prior to Rally Scotland the events arrival would have been seen to many as a relaxing time away from work for Rallytech Director John Swinscoe, however, this couldn’t have been further from the truth.
